Sigur Rós - New Album

beautiful image by jamesjean.com

Sigur Rós released a new album today (from vaguespace.net):

Sigur Ros has a new album out today, titled Hvarf-Heim, a double EP of reworked and unreleased material. Hvarf means "disappeared" or "haven" in Icelandic, and the first EP includes three unreleased tracks and a reworked version of two older songs. The first song, "Salka" is one of the band's best songs, while "Von" is a reworked nine-minute opus originally appearing on their debut album.

I love this band so much. Thats all there is to it. Go to the vaguespace link, check out one of the tracks on the new album and do yourself a favor and buy it.
